I'm Dr. Arielle Rubin, and I'm thrilled to have you here. Thank you for accepting the special invitation to join my unique, doctor-led community!
This is a one-of-a-kind community for families navigating autism and mental health journeys. We will talk about therapeutic approaches, medications, family-based supports, school advocacy, and also parent mental health! My dream for this community is to have a safe space where expert guidance from professionals like myself meets support and lived experience from families who intimately understand the complexities of autism and mental health. This mission is deeply personal for me, both as a sibling of an autistic individual and as a psychiatrist working with neurodiverse clients every day.
Please know this community is a safe space where you can bring your challenges and questions, and all the emotions that come with them!
Connecting with others who understand can make a huge difference. So, I encourage you to be as transparent as you are comfortable with and share about your experiences, knowing that we understand what you're going through, and someone else may be going through the same thing.
